SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
Local veterinarian, Dr. John C. Lee will speak about his journey of over 25 years, starting with hawks and eagles, that has carried him from Theistic Evolution to Special Creationism. Dr. Lee's presentation will include practical approaches to helping injured wild birds.
DR. JOHN C. LEE
Dr. Lee is a retired veterinarian who was in a mixed large and small animal practice in the Meridian, Idaho area for 34 years. He is a graduated of Colorado State University. He was selected as State of Idaho Veterinarian of the Year in 1984 and served on the State Board of Veterinary Examiners for 6 years. He pioneered a number of procedures and treatments for wild birds for over 25 years and worked closely with the World Center for the Birds of Prey when they relocated to Boise. He is now an ardent woodworker and supporter of Answers in Genesis, FIGI and Institute for Creation Research. He and his wife, Luann, live in Meridian, Idaho. They have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
