ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Donald Chittick holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Oregon State University and has taught at the University of Puget Sound and George Fox College. He is a guest lecturer for Answers in Genesis and is highly effective and experienced on the topics of origins and Earth history. Since 1988, he has been an adjunct professor of chemistry at the Institute for Creation Research. He operates a ministry entitled ‘Creation Compass’. With the help of his wife Donna, he now devotes his time conducting seminars – speaking in schools, universities and churches.

ABOUT THE SEMINAR:

A nation’s culture consists of value systems and beliefs that are characteristic of the culture.  A culture’s beliefs about origins affect its manners, education, social institutions, science and morality. Once Christians began to uncritically accept what the secular culture taught about origins, many of them stopped believing the straightforward understanding of Genesis as it is written.
