The topic of this “Free” seminar is “GEOLOGIC EVIDENCES FOR A WORLDWIDE FLOOD IN THE NORTHWEST” (A love offering will be received.)

ABOUT THE SEMINAR: Mr. Oard will use photographs, and other visuals to show evidence for how a catastrophe, specifically the worldwide Flood described in Genesis chapters 7-9, completely transformed the entire surface of planet Earth. Mr. Oard explains the two main stages of this Flood:

1) FLOODING STAGE – this occurred when the whole earth is completely flooded within 150 days and,
2) RETREATING STAGE – this occurred when water drained off the future continents between day 150 and day 371. In order for the water to drain, the earth’s crust had to rise in some places and subside in other places. Evidence for this crustal movement will be presented.

In addition, the RETREATING stage of the flood happened in two phases:
1) SHEET FLOW PHASE – this occurred when the flood waters were moving as sheets, and
2) CHANNELIZED FLOW PHASE – this occurred as the earth’s crust continued to rise, forcing the water to flow around obstacles in its path.

Some questions answered by this seminar:
·Is there evidence on the earth for the erosion caused by the two phases of the Flood’s Retreating stage?
·Where were the sediments of the Retreating stage deposited? ·Why are many features of the Earth’s surface difficult to explain using the alternative evolutionary model of “slow processes over millions of years?

ABOUT MICHAEL OARD: Michael received his Master's degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington and recently retired after 30 years of service as a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Great Falls, Montana. He has written numerous books and technical papers. Michael lives in Bozeman, Montana and he and his wife Beverly have published a children’s storybook called Life in the Great Ice Age.
