ABOUT MIKE RIDDLE
Mike has worked in the computer and education field for over 25 years. He has a degree in mathematics from Southern Colorado University and graduate degree in education from Pepperdine University. He has managed training organizations for US Sprint Worldwide Technical Training and Microsoft's Technical Sales and System Engineer Training. Mike was an officer in the U. S. Marines and is a former national champion in track and field. He is currently the president of Training ETC ministries (Equipping and Training Christians) and travels around the country teaching and delivering seminars on the Biblical and scientific truths of creation.

Mike's background in CREATION ministry includes:
* Developing an education and training program on creation science on the Internet for the Institute for Creation Research, which is available at  http://www.creationonline.org.

* Teaching at the Institute for Creation Research graduate school

* Developing and instructing a college level course on creation

* Conducting seminars on many topics concerning creation/evolution at all levels (primary grades through adult)

* Speaking at Christian Leaders conferences around the country on the importance of Creation to church doctrine

* Authoring two books on creation and science
   - Creation/Evolution: Does It Matter What We Believe?
   - The Origin of Life Equipping Course

* Developing and presenting equipping courses that train students (high school and above) to defend Biblical creation in public school science classrooms.

In addition, Mike has developed and taught courses on presentation skills and teacher training for US Sprint, Microsoft Corporation, and science education students.

FIGI/O SEMINAR 1: THE ORIGIN OF LIFE SEMINAR

Scientific literature (including textbooks) is full of claims about the "fact" that life evolved. However, only information designed to support evolution is used in these textbooks while all scientific evidence that refutes evolution is censored.  As a result, textbooks are riddled with false or misleading information supportive of evolution even though mainstream scientific literature clearly refutes the evolutionary bias of the textbooks.

The "Origin of Life" seminar will show you how to respond to some of the most common arguments presented in textbooks. This seminar will answer questions in an easy to understand format about:
· The Miller experiment (forming the building blocks of life).
       Why, contrary to textbook claims, the experiment failed.
· The Second Law of Thermodynamics
· Probability and the origin of the first cell
· The origin of biological information
· Why the origin of life is scientifically impossible by matter and energy alone.

This seminar critically examines the origin of life by answering questions on the Second Law of Thermodynamics, probability, the origin of information, and the possibility that life evolved on earth or anywhere else in the universe.

FIGI/O SEMINAR 2:  DINOSAURS and AMAZING CREATURES

What should Christians know about dinosaurs? The first thing we need to know is that dinosaurs are being used to persuade our children that the Bible does not teach true history. If the Bible is wrong about history, then the reliability of all Scripture comes into question. So what is the connection between dinosaurs and the Bible? The Bible clearly teaches that the ancestors of every animal that ever lived were created during Creation Week. This would include the dinosaurs.

A second thing Christians need to know about dinosaurs is how to respond to questions and how to train our youth on the difference between fact, fiction, and assumptions being taught in schools about these creatures. Some of these questions that will be examined in this seminar include:
· Where did dinosaurs come from?
· When did dinosaurs live?
· What does the Bible say about dinosaurs?
· What happened to the dinosaurs?
· How scientific is the claim that dinosaurs evolved into birds?
· What was archaeopteryx?
· How could Noah fit all the dinosaurs on the Ark?
· What was Leviathan (Out of his mouth go burning lamps, and sparks of fire leap out. Job 41:19)?

Dinosaurs were amazing creatures, but they were not the only amazing creatures to exist. This seminar will also examine creatures living today that defy evolution and point to a Creator God.
