Foundations In Genesis of Idaho/Oregon, also known as ‘FIGI’ (pronounced fig-ee), is a science organization that hosts adult and children's science seminars and geological field adventures.
By bringing in scientists who are experts in their fields, FIGI Seminars and Field Adventures offer fascinating information and cutting edge evidence that encourages critical thinking and understanding of science. This is key no matter whether a person choses to view the earth from either a biblical or evolutionary point of view.
"WE BELIEVE that the origin of matter and all basic types of
living things, including man, came about through direct creative
acts of God during the six-day creation week described in Genesis."
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." from The Holy Bible: Genesis 1:1
“For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible---all things have been created through Him and for Him.” Colossians 1:16
“For in six days the Lord made the Heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them...” Exodus 20:11
What does science tell us about the scriptures above? Did everything begin evolving billions of years ago after the big bang or are we living on a young earth created by God?
Come to our meetings to find out the answer.
Please join us. Our seminars are lay people friendly and are
offered at no charge. Our geological field adventures consist of
local one day trips and camping expeditions and costs are minimal.
Check out our website for a history of our past seminars and Field
Adventures and for upcoming events.

BRILLIANT: MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD!
presented by Mr. Bruce Malone. A look at the amazing and rapid rise
of civilizations and technology around the world after mankind’s
dispersion from the tower of Babel. This lecture demonstrates how
well the history of humanity easily fits into the 4350 years since
the worldwide flood and why history is being both misrepresented and
misinterpreted by the academic world. Bruce's newest full color
hardcover book (of the same title) should be released in time for
Oct 22 in Emmett, Oct 23 in Boise & Oct 24 in Ontario at 7 PM.
Please download, print, and pass out the bulletin insert.
